My name is Ger Minihan.

I have 16 years’ experience in the Health and Fitness Industry, as a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach.

 

I am passionate about all aspects of health and fitness, and really believe that a balanced approach to diet and exercise is the key to maintaining a healthy and happy lifestyle.

I believe that people want to change their lifestyle habits, they want to change their approach to diet and exercise, they know what the benefits will be – better health, a stronger/slimmer body, improved sleep, greater life expectancy… who wouldn’t be sold!
